Buenos Aires Gourmet
Enjoy one of the most exciting cities of the world.

Buenos Aires: Argentina’s capital, the second largest city in South America.

Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina and the most European city in South America. It is the city of the Obelisco, the Tango, Corrientes Avenue and La Boca among others. We invite you to visit, explore and enjoy Buenos Aires!

We will initiate our visit with a complete City Tour starting at the popular and historic Plaza de Mayo, the government house (Casa Rosada), the town hall (Cabildo) and the Metropolitan Cathedral. We will stroll along the extraordinary Avenida de Mayo, outstanding for its facades which have not been altered as they have been declared National Historic Places.

We will continue our tour visiting La Boca, neighborhood of immigrants, Boca Juniors, Quinquela Martín and the colorful Caminito, one of Buenos Aires’ classics.

Getting back North, we will visit the newest and modern Puerto Madero with the most exclusive restaurants and hotels. It is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Buenos Aires.

We will make a stop at Plaza San Martín and follow to Recoleta neighborhood: Alvear Avenue, the Recoleta Cemetery visiting Eva Peron’s grave, finishing the tour in Palermo Chico, a neighborhood with an opulent architecture.

Our tour will be guided by a bilingual guide, specialized in the city’s art, architecture, history and tourism.

At lunch time, and knowing that you are surely willing to taste Argentinean meat, we will have the honor to take you to “La Brigada”. After a leisure afternoon to explore at your own pace, we will pick you up at night to enjoy an amusing Tango night at “Tango Bandola”, something different to anything that you may know, a passport to our culture. A special cooking class with an expert in local gastronomy is included.

Starring your second day in the city, we present another great symbol of our history and national culture: a day at a farm. Some of them are pieces of art with magnificent houses. At Estancia La Cinacina you will get familiar with places which were residences or places for working. In La Cinacina you will find “La Casona” , the hermitage, the “Pulpería”, the boxes, the “Galpón de Carruajes” (the Carriage Barn), the adobe  Rancho, the Caballeriza (the stable) and the “Mangrullo” (watchtower), all of them with a great historic value. We will share a gaucho party among friends, traditional food, music and dances. We will enjoy horse riding and horse drawn carriages. La Cinacina is located in San Antonio de Areco, only 112 km away from Buenos Aires.

The Parana Delta is the only delta in the world that doesn’t lead into the sea. In the morning we will sail while we will admire island landscapes and its flora and fauna. During our sail we will witness houses supported on pillars in the water, stores with bee products and wicker stuff available for sale.

We will be delighted with Rumbo 90’s gastronomy. Its gourmet cuisine mixed with the isle flavors and aromas allow you to taste exquisite home made breads, food, deserts, pattiseries and cakes. Exotic drinks are served all hour in our “Bar & deck”. At the end of this pleasant day we will take you back to your hotel to spend the rest of the day on your own.
